Experienced Finance and Administration Manager required to join the team of a successful global property management company at their Belmont office. You will be responsible for: - Providing administrative support - Budgeting and financial management - Preparing monthly reports - Supervising the admin team - Coordinating office procedures and policies - Debt collection - Manage any client queries or issues - Conduct regular team meetings - Monitor ongoing staff training and development You will have experience within a similar managerial position and be at intermediate to advanced level in MS Office. You must be confident dealing with people at all levels and conduct a professional and approachable manner at all times.
