HR Process & Project Manager - 6 month Contract

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take a hands-on role in the implementation of changes in the way our company delivers HR services to its internal stakeholders. Reporting to the HR Director and working with a strong HR team, you will play a central role in the development of HR policies and processes to ensure they are aligned to local requirements and global shared service practices. The responsibilities of the role include: Co-ordinating the Australian implementation of a global HR shared service model Reviewing and improving existing policies and processes Providing HR policy advice to the HR team and business stakeholders Ensuring alignment of the company people practices with core HR strategies, systems, policies and practices Guiding and supporting managers and employees in their understanding and application of HR/people management issues, including Performance Management & Employee Relations Partnering with departmental managers in planning and preparation for organisation change efforts in their area, and providing strategic and tactical advice to managers on the handling of people and change management issues Providing regular input and advice on relevant HR metrics and reporting As an ideal candidate for this role we are looking for; Formal HR qualifications combined with a proven track record of HR delivery Strong focus on policy and process Excellent organisation and project management skills Prior exposure to a global organisation and experience of working within a shared services HR structure would be ideal Together we can make a difference, so if you would like to join Logica and be Brilliant Together....apply right now or call Elise Pursey 0n 02 8062 3141
