Legal Float Secretary

Floating is a great way to try out different areas of Law, meet different people within the firm and develop your secretarial skills.  You will be joining a highly reputable Law firm who has a fantastic name in the market.

Each day will be different from the next, with duties including:

  • Preparing court documents and correspondence
  • Compiling briefs
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Photocopying, filing and faxing
  • Monthly billing
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Liaising with all levels of staff
  • General administrative duties
  • And much much more!

This is a full time position, where you will be floating within the different departments of the firm.  Float experience is not a prerequisite.  Minimum 2 years legal secretarial experience is required.  You will need fast accurate typing, billing experience and advanced skills with the Microsoft Suite.  If you are friendly, adaptable and well presented this could be the chance you have been waiting for!
