This position involves supporting a large team of dedicated Sales Consultants with preparing documentation, typing letters and correspondence, compiling and managing sales files, liaising with clients, general administrative duties, and preparation of sales documents.
This is a rewarding & challenging position responsible for a range of duties including: -Trust accounting -Assisting with property exchanges & settlements -Office administration & support to the sales team To be considered you must have strong Real Estate administration experience, excellent communication skills and be highly computer liberate, knowledge of Macpro Sales Manger is desirable but not essential. You must also be well presented and have a professional friendly approach, when supporting the sales team
An above award salary package will be offered and is dependant on your experience and skills.
