This position is running a small team of bakers in a 7 day retail operation. Our team have the flexibility and autonomy to manage their rosters and daily work, what they need is an experienced guide to ensure the results are always of the highest order while remaining hands on. Ideally: you will be a trade qualified baker with significant fermented dough experience. Some experience with pastries seen as a benefit. Your ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with your team will be a key component to your success with this application.
